Dutch Grasshopper Cocktail
  • 1 oz. Van Gogh Chocolate Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz. White Cocoa Creme
  • 1 oz. Menthe Green Creme
  • 1/2 oz. Half & Half

Shake all with ice in a shaker and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a skewered Chocolate olive.

Sophisticated Martini Cocktail

Basil and chocolate may seem like a strange combination… Discover this natural compliment! This cocktail is not too sweet and has a beautiful texture.

Ingridients for 2 cocktails.
  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 8 ounces of boiling water.
  • 15 fresh basil or mint leaves
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • ice cubes
  • Sprigs of fresh mint or basil leaves

Directions Muddle the leaves in a shaker or glass. Add the hot chocolate pieces and boiling water. Wait until the chocolate pieces have melted and cool mix to room temperature. Add the vodka and ice. Shake. Strain into martini glasses. Add leaves and serve immediately.


Mint & Chocolate Recipe: Classic cocktail

Ingridients for 2 cocktails.
  • 2 teaspoons Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 2 teaspoons whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons cachaca
  • 2 teaspoons mint schnapps
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh water

Method Mix one teaspoon of the cocoa and one teaspoon of the sugar in glass. Add one teaspoon of the cream and stir. Add teaspoon of the cachaca and teaspoon of the mint schnapps to each glass. Stir, then pour 3/4 cup of the water into each and stir. Serve and enjoy!
